How can I pay?
Currently, we accept all major credit/debit cards. You also have the option to checkout using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, our team has already begun the packaging and shipping process. We do not allow orders to be cancelled.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email after your purchase, you must have entered your email incorrectly at checkout or the email is in your spam folder. Please contact us to correct the mistake because your confirmation email contains important information such as your order number.
How can I apply a discount code?
During checkout, you will be provided the option to enter your discount code. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Please make sure to enter the code before you check out because discounts cannot be applied after the purchase is made.
What currencies do you accept?
Currently, we only accept USD. In the future, we hope to accept a large variety of currencies.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing can take anywhere from 5-7 days. After this period, expect your order to arrive in 1-5 days, depending on your location.
What do I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong address. We will try our best to correct the mistake before the package is shipped. Info@thefrantichouse.com 
Can I track my order?
We provide tracking on all orders. However, tracking will not be available right after the purchase is made. There is a 5-7 day processing period before the product is shipped.
What do I do if my item(s) arrived damaged?
Send us an email with pictures of the broken item(s) with a brief description. You have 72 hours after tracking says your package has arrived to report the broken item(s).
How much does shipping cost?
All orders will have free shipping. This will be automatically displayed at checkout.
